Patient Assessments

Is a pre-employment medical assessment worth the cost?

During the pre-employment hearing test it was revealed that the prospective employee was not inserting ear plugs correctly.

The correct technique was reviewed with the employee as well as indicators as to when double hearing protection is required and when to wear hearing protection within the home environment with power tools, lawn, mower and snow blower, to decrease the risk of hearing loss.
